FTTG is an Internet Service Provider offering fibre-based connectivity and related services within the Republic of South Africa, subject to service availability and applicable regulatory approvals. All services are provided in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008

FTTG provides internet connectivity, value-added services, and customer support subject to:

  • Infrastructure readiness
  • Fair Usage and Acceptable Use Policies
  • Third-party network operator dependencies FTTG reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any service or component thereof at its discretion.

  • Managing your customer account You may not:

  1. Service Availability and Performance

While FTTG endeavours to provide reliable services, connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis. FTTG does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Specific latency, throughput, or uptime FTTG shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by:
  • Power outages
  • Network operator failures
  • Force majeure events
  • Planned or emergency maintenance

 

  1. Fees and Billing

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change upon reasonable notice. Failure to pay amounts due may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Restricted access
  • Termination of services Reconnection fees may apply where services are suspended for non-payment.

 

  1. Suspension and Termination

FTTG may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Unlawful activity is detected
  • Continued service poses a network or legal risk Termination does not absolve you from outstanding payment obligations.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
